Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
SeFem Design respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. For this reason and to ensure you the transparency of our procedures, we describe in this page how your personal information will be collected and used.
SeFem Design acts in accordance with the guidelines established in the field of privacy in the Civil Code Article 13:
Art. Statement 13
1 The interested party or the person who collected the personal data are informed orally or in writing about:
a) the purposes and methods of the processing for which the data are intended;
b) the obligatory or voluntary nature of providing the requested data;
c) the consequences of a refusal to respond;
d) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents, and the scope of dissemination of said data;
e) the rights referred to in Article 7;
f) the identity of the owner and, if appointed, the representative of the State in accordance with Article 5 and the data. When the owner has designated as responsible, at least one of them, indicating the site on the communications network or the methods by which it is easily accessing the updated list of data. When was identified as responsible for the interested party in the event of exercise of the rights referred to in Article 7 must be identified.
2 The information referred to in paragraph 1 also contains the elements required by specific provisions of this code and may not include elements already known to the person providing the information or knowledge, which may hinder the performance concrete, by a public entity, for inspection or monitoring data for purposes of defense or state security or the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses.
3 The Authority may issue a provision to set out simplified information arrangements in particular, telephone services providing assistance and information to the public.
4 If personal data are not collected from the data subject, the information referred to in paragraph 1, including the categories of processed data, is given to the time of recording such data or, if their communication is envisaged no later than the first communication.
5 The provision referred to in paragraph 4 shall not apply when:
a) the data are processed in compliance with an obligation imposed by law, regulation or legislation;
b) the data are processed either for carrying out the investigations by defense counsel as per Law of 7 December 2000, n. 397, or at least to assert or defend a legal claim, provided that the data are processed exclusively for said purposes and for no longer than is necessary therefor;
c) the information to the data involves the use of means that the Guarantor, prescribing appropriate measures, stating clearly disproportionate to the protected right, that proves, in the opinion of the Guarantor, impossible.
5-bis. The information referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be payable in the event of receipt of curricula voluntarily submitted by the parties for the purposes of establishing a working relationship. At the time of first contact following the sending of the curriculum, the holder is required to provide the person, orally, a brief statement containing at least the items referred to in paragraph 1, letters a), d) and f). We intend such personal data as any type of information that allows to retrieve directly or indirectly a natural person, for example data that are required in the process of registering an account on our site (i.e. your name, surname, email and address.)
These data will be collected only if during the process of registering on the website the customer gives consent to receiving communications.
ABOUT CUSTOMER DATA COLLECTION
Sefem Design collects and stores your personal data in order to:
1 complete your purchase: only by collecting data such as your name, surname and address, we will be able to deliver the items you ordered; only through email or phone number we can contact you for any question / problem.

Mandatory data to be able to place an order are your email, name, surname, address of the person or company, and phone number.
USE OF CUSTOMER DATA
Personal data will be collected in our system only after you have given us the authorization to process them, that will be asked when you are registering your personal account.
This type of information will be accessible by you only when you access our website through the username and password you chose. Store your password carefully, as SeFem Design cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of passwords on our site.
For further information, we inform you that it is your right to receive information about data stored in our website and you are allowed to apply your rights under Article 7 of the Civil Code.
In accordance with the applicable law regarding privacy and personal information, it is your right to request and receive free information, modify or block/delete your profile. In order to do that, please contact our customer service by sending an email to email@example.com
Art. 7 Right to access to personal data and other rights
1 The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2 You have the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3 The interested party has the right to:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4 You have the right to oppose, in all or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
DENY THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Please note that you can decide in any moment that you do not wish to be contacted by us any longer for advertising purposes or to receive our newsletters. In order to do that, it is sufficient to unsubscribe by sending an email to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org You will no longer receive any notice and your SeFem Design account will be deactivated.

Website Data Analysis
In order to constantly improve and optimize our offer, we employ the so-called tracking technologies. For this purpose, we use Google Analytics: this tool does not allow to view any personal information, in that only aggregated data are accessible and no customer’s personal data are visible nor is possible to trace them back to an individual.
Secure Data Transfer
When you purchase an item on our website, we use your credit card information: this operation is safe, as it is processed through PayPal and makes use of the SSL security protocol (Secure Socket Layer), according to the standards in force.
