If you need to change or cancel your order, you should send an email to customercare@sefemdesign.comas soon as possible. If you still haven’t received our confirmation email stating that your item has been dispatched, you will be able to change or cancel your order.

SeFem Design will do everything in its power to satisfy your requests. Nevertheless, once  SeFem Design has shipped your item, you will not be able to cancel or change your order anymore. However, the items can be returned: you can read more about this by checking our Returns and Refunds section.
